IC 9-22-1.5-1.5 : "Abandoned"

Sec. 1.5. For purposes of this chapter, a mobile home is considered "abandoned" if three (3) or more of the conditions set forth in IC 32-30-10.6-5(a) exist with respect to the mobile home.
