IC 8-16-8-2 : Counties with established multiple county infrastructure authorities; bridge repair, reconstruction, or replacement in second class cities

Sec. 2. A county having an authority established under IC 36-7-23 may pay for the repair, reconstruction, or replacement of a damaged bridge in a second class city.
