IC 5-10-17-1 : Application of chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to an emergency medical services provider who is:

(1) employed by a municipal corporation; and

(2) not eligible for a disability benefit under IC 36-8-6, IC 36-8-7, IC 36-8-7.5, or IC 36-8-8.
