IC 4-33-18-5 : Duties; data analysis and research

Sec. 5. The division shall research and analyze data and public policy issues relating to all aspects of gaming in Indiana for the enhancement of:

(1) the Indiana lottery under IC 4-30;

(2) pari-mutuel horse racing under IC 4-31;

(3) charity gaming under IC 4-32.3; and

(4) riverboat casino gambling under IC 4-33.
