IC 4-31-10-3 : Composition of fund

Sec. 3. The fund consists of the following:

(1) Taxes paid into the fund under IC 4-31-9-3(b)(2).

(2) Transfers from the Indiana horse racing commission under IC 4-35-7-12.5.

(3) Appropriations made by the general assembly.
