IC 4-29.5-18-1 : Revenue for Band citizens' education

Sec. 1. For so long as the Band makes payments in accordance with IC 4-29.5-17, the Band shall allocate a portion of the annual payment to provide funding for public postsecondary and vocational education for Band citizens (the "Pokagon Indiana Education Fund").
