IC 36-8-2.2-4 : Notice of termination or demotion

Sec. 4. A firefighter has at least the rights set forth in this chapter, in a meeting at which the chief of the fire department notifies the firefighter of the firefighter's:

(1) termination; or

(2) demotion with cause.
