IC 36-1-12.5-5.5 : Procedures for issuance of bonds by political subdivisions not applicable

Sec. 5.5. IC 6-1.1-20 does not apply to an agreement to participate in:

(1) a utility efficiency program; or

(2) a guaranteed savings contract;

entered into under this chapter.
