IC 34-6-2-85 : "Moving traffic violation"

Sec. 85. "Moving traffic violation", for purposes of IC 34-28-5, means a violation of:

(1) a statute defining an infraction; or

(2) an ordinance;

that applies when a motor vehicle is in motion.
