IC 34-6-2-144.2 : "Tribunal"

Sec. 144.2. "Tribunal", for purposes of sections 48.5 and 121.6 of this chapter and IC 34-26-5, means a court, an agency, or another entity authorized by law to issue or modify a protection order.
