IC 34-26-7.5-5 : Expungement hearing; burden of proof

Sec. 5. The petitioner bears the burden of proof in a proceeding to expunge protection order records. The court shall order the protection order records expunged if the petitioner proves by a preponderance of the evidence that the petitioner is entitled to relief.
