IC 32-32.5-2-2 : Refusal to leave campground; criminal trespass

Sec. 2. An individual who:

(1) remains on; or

(2) returns to;

a campground after having been asked to leave the campground under section 1 of this chapter commits criminal trespass under IC 35-43-2-2.
