IC 31-9-2-9.7 : "Assistance"

Sec. 9.7. "Assistance", for purposes of the following statutes, means money or services regardless of the source, paid or furnished under any of the following statutes:

(1) IC 31-25-3.

(2) IC 31-25-4.

(3) IC 31-26-3.5.
