IC 31-9-2-112.8 : "Risk screening tool"

Sec. 112.8. "Risk screening tool" means a validated screening instrument approved by the judicial conference of Indiana that:

(1) measures a child's risk to reoffend; and

(2) is used to inform a child's eligibility to participate in juvenile diversion and informal adjustment.
