IC 31-39-8-1.5 : Exclusive jurisdiction to expunge delinquency and CHINS findings

Sec. 1.5. The juvenile court in the county of the original action has exclusive original jurisdiction over petitions to expunge records of a child alleged to be a delinquent child or a child in need of services.
