IC 27-8-14.1-0.1 : Application of certain amendments to chapter

Sec. 0.1. The amendments made to section 4 of this chapter by P.L.196-2005 apply to an accident and sickness insurance policy that is issued, delivered, amended, or renewed after June 30, 2005.
