IC 27-7-17-13 : "Travel protection plan"

Sec. 13. As used in this chapter, "travel protection plan" means a plan that provides one (1) or more of the following:

(1) Travel insurance.

(2) Travel assistance services.

(3) Cancellation fee waivers.
