IC 25-23.6-7-1 : Application of chapter

Sec. 1. (a) This chapter applies to an individual licensed under this article.

(b) This chapter does not apply to:

(1) physicians licensed under IC 25-22.5;

(2) nurses licensed under IC 25-23;

(3) psychologists licensed under IC 25-33; or

(4) attorneys licensed to practice law in Indiana;

when providing counseling services within the scope of practice for which they are licensed.
