IC 24-5-11-3 : "Real property improvement"

Sec. 3. (a) As used in this chapter, "real property improvement" means any alteration, repair, replacement, reconstruction, or other modification of residential real property.

(b) The term includes the following:

(1) An exterior improvement.

(2) An interior improvement.
