IC 23-2.5-12-1 : Effect of repeal of former law

Sec. 1. The repeal of IC 23-2-5 does not affect any:

(1) rules adopted under IC 23-2-5-11;

(2) action taken under IC 23-2-5; or

(3) right, privilege, obligation, or liability acquired, accrued, or incurred under IC 23-2-5;

as in effect before their repeal.
