IC 21-17-6-4 : Redevelopment plan; conformity and requirements

Sec. 4. A redevelopment plan must conform to the:

(1) general plan of the locality as a whole; and

(2) requirements of IC 36-7 with respect to the content of redevelopment or urban renewal plans.
