IC 14-8-2-320 : "Wildlife"

Sec. 320. "Wildlife" has the following meaning:

(1) For purposes of IC 14-22, except as provided in subdivision (2), all wild birds and wild mammals.

(2) For purposes of IC 14-22-34, the meaning set forth in IC 14-22-34-6.
