IC 14-8-2-224 : "Public or private property"

Sec. 224. "Public or private property" has the following meaning:

(1) For purposes of IC 14-22-2, the meaning set forth in IC 14-22-2-1.

(2) For purposes of IC 14-22-39-3, the meaning set forth in IC 14-22-39-3.
