IC 14-29-1-9 : Adoption of rules; location of the ordinary high water mark

Sec. 9. The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to identify the location of the ordinary high water mark on the land adjoining the waters of Lake Michigan for purposes of administering this chapter.
