IC 14-22-31-13 : Falsification of reports

Sec. 13. (a) A licensee may not falsify a report that must be kept under this chapter.

(b) A license may not be issued to a licensee who is convicted of violating subsection (a) or IC 14-2-7-10(i) (repealed).
