IC 13-11-2-153 : "Party"

Sec. 153. "Party", for purposes of IC 13-25-4-23, means a person that:

(1) is potentially a responsible person; and

(2) enters into an agreement with the commissioner under IC 13-25-4-23 or IC 13-7-8.7-11 (before its repeal).
