IC 13-11-2-136.5 : "National mercury switch recovery program"

Sec. 136.5. "National mercury switch recovery program", for purposes of IC 13-20-17.7, means a national program:

(1) that accomplishes, as determined by the commissioner, the goals of IC 13-20-17.7; and

(2) in which the state participates.
