IC 12-7-2-9 : "Agency"

Sec. 9. "Agency" means the following:

(1) For purposes of IC 12-12.7-2, the meaning set forth in IC 12-12.7-2-1.

(2) For purposes of IC 12-32-1, the meaning set forth in IC 12-32-1-1.
