IC 12-7-2-22 : "Board"

Sec. 22. "Board" means the following:

(1) For purposes of IC 12-10-10 and IC 12-10-11, the community and home options to institutional care for the elderly and disabled board established by IC 12-10-11-1.

(2) For purposes of IC 12-11-14, the meaning set forth in IC 12-11-14-3.

(3) For purposes of IC 12-12-7-5, the meaning set forth in IC 12-12-7-5(a).

(4) For purposes of IC 12-15-35, the meaning set forth in IC 12-15-35-2.
