IC 12-29-2-1.5 : Nonfederal share of medical assistance payments

Sec. 1.5. For purposes of the required nonfederal share of medical assistance payments under Title XIX of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.), a community mental health center is a governmental unit.
