IC 12-15-41-15 : Adoption of rules

Sec. 15. (a) The office shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter.

(b) The office may adopt emergency rules under IC 4-22-2-37.1 to implement this chapter on an emergency basis.
