IC 10-19-12-1 : Nuclear regulatory agreement

Sec. 1. This agreement shall be effective immediately upon:

(1) approval by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission; and

(2) signing by the governor and the chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
